Tom Metzner

Tom Metzner has been an Environmental Analyst with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection since 1993. His primary responsibility is producer responsibility initiatives including mattresses, e-waste and paint. He also works on mercury product laws and toxics in packaging. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Product Stewardship Institute and represented the department on a recent legislative task force on reducing packaging waste.
