Lara Seng is a Regional Sustainability Coordinator responsible for implementing actions in the field to realize Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow 2025 commitments including waste reduction, local and sustainable sourcing and fighting hunger. She has been a member of Sodexo’s Sustainability Community of Practice, a national resource group dedicated to educating operators and sharing best practices, since 2009. She works with external organizations, such as the EPA and GBCI, to develop employee waste training nationally. She served on the Western Washington Organics Contamination Reduction Workgroup as well as the GBCI Zero Waste Advisory Group.
In 2003, Lara joined Sodexo as a Director of Retail Operations at Loyola Marymount University, where she oversaw marketing, financial and operational functions.
