Katie Wilson

After twelve years of stumbling around in the wrong industry doing the wrong job, and then three chaotic years becoming a mom to three amazing little girls, Katie found her way to Arc’teryx where she entered the world of apparel product compliance. In her five years at the company she has built a compliance team which develops systems and processes to ensure product, materials and chemicals compliance for Arc’teryx products. She is also stoked to at last align her work with her personal values, and now has one foot on the sustainability team, acting as the bridge between sustainable aspirations and operational execution in product, as manager of product compliance + sustainability. It’s a fascinating, challenging, frustrating and inspiring place to be.
