Estelle Herszenhorn is WRAP’s Head of Food System Transformation – leading WRAP’s work on GHG, food waste and sustainable water management and the Courtauld Commitment 2030 voluntary agreement.  Estelle is a sustainability and circular economy impact-focussed leader, with over two decades of applied experience – collaborating with businesses, government and other organizations.  Estelle has worked on food waste prevention from farm to fork and led WRAP’s groundbreaking research on the influence of packaging on fruit and vegetable waste – the results of which showed incredible insights for how fruit and veg is sold can help to tackle food waste in our homes.
