Dr. Amelie Michalke is an industrial engineer and environmental economist. Before that background, her research focus lies on the true environmental cost of food and the externalities of agri-food systems. She is a postdoc at the University of Greifswald (Germany) and currently a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford.
