Why do you want to serve on the SPC Executive Committee?
I am a strong believer in not simply being a “member” of an organization, but finding a way to make an impact and be an active participant and have participated in and led committees in other industry associations. As supplier to the packaging market and a leader in product development, I am passionate about the ability and need for technical solutions to enable leaps forward in sustainable packaging. This is also a team effort across all areas of the value chain, and while adhesives and coatings are perhaps not the major share of packaging materials, there is the opportunity to make sure that these products are fully understood and thought about when new challenges are faced with product design, recycling design, or overall sustainability challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team to contribute to the success of the SPC and the SPC vision.
