The Essentials of Sustainable Packaging is a half-day training course that offers a comprehensive introduction to sustainability considerations that apply to the entire packaging life cycle: sourcing, design, recovery, and beyond.
Developed and led by the Sustainable Packaging Coalition and based on its principles of sustainable packaging, the Essentials of Sustainable Packaging provides cutting edge information to bring a company’s entire staff (from packaging, procurement, branding, sustainability and CSR, marketing, management, to business development) up to a common level of understanding about how packaging sustainability relates to supply chain operations.
This event is conveniently co-located with the 2018 Plastics Recycling Conference in Nashville, TN.
We’ve taught over 900 professionals and counting! Here’s what past attendees have to say:
“The course gave an excellent sustainability grounding for attendees across many different business functions. It had a good mix of presentation, video and open Q&A which kept everyone engaged. There are many different tradeoffs and rarely a perfect solution to sustainability challenges and the seminar did a good job of balancing some of the pros and cons to help us make the right innovation decisions to align with our corporate goals.” – Church & Dwight
“The ESP course was terrific. It provided me with a clear insight on where our greatest opportunities for continued improvement lie, and gave us the vital information on what to be cognizant of moving forward. Invaluable!” – Jeffrey Fitzpatrick-Stillwell, McDonald’s
