Rene Eyerly

René has over 20 years of experience working collaboratively with a broad assortment of stakeholders to develop environmental utility services and sustainability policy for local governments. Most recently, René was the Sustainability and Compliance Division Manager for the City of San José, managing wastewater and landfill facility compliance, utility master planning, environmental policy development, and implementation of the City’s sustainability plan. Currently, she is the Environmental Services Manager for the City of Santa Barbara. René has a B.S. in biology from the University of South Carolina, and M.S. in environmental management from Yale University.
