Seattle Seahawks CenturyLink Field and First & Goal Hospitality
Michael Johnson is the Executive Chef for First & Goal Hospitality (FGH) in Seattle, Wash. In his role, Chef Johnson oversees all general concessions and premium dining at CenturyLink Field & Event Center, which includes Seattle Seahawks games, Sounders FC matches, stadium concerts, events in WaMu Theater, and private/corporate events.
With more than 28 years in the food and beverage industry, Chef Johnson has a passion for culinary excellence and providing fresh, local and sustainable food as well as superior service in the Pacific Northwest’s premier sports & entertainment facility. Through his slow food philosophy he also supports dozens of small local businesses and culinary based youth organizations.
Prior to FGH, Chef Johnson worked for as an Executive Chef for Delaware North, as well as Executive Chef and Director of Operations for Centerplate. A native of Louisiana, Chef Johnson studied Hotel Restaurant Management at the University of Central Missouri, as well as a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana.
