Michael Daoust is the Vice President, Packaging and Process Technology, Laundry & Home Care R&D for Henkel North America based in Trumbull, CT.  He is responsible for the design, development, and commercialization of new packaging and product technologies and has been with the company for the past 10 years.  As part of these responsibilities he drives the execution of smart designs that support Henkel’s 2025 corporate sustainability goals.  Prior to joining Henkel, Michael held leadership and development roles in the Food and Beverage, Personal Care, and Pharmaceutical industries.  He holds a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University.
