
Lisa Sepanski
King County Solid Waste Division
Lisa Sepanski has been with the King County Solid Waste Division since1989. Lisa is the Washington Chair of the Northwest Product Stewardship Council and has been involved in policy development and implementation of recycling programs for electronics, mercury containing lamps, solar modules and paint. Recently she has been leading King County’s Responsible Recycling Task Force that was formed to respond to changes in international recycling markets and develop a coordinated approach to improving recycling in the region. She served on the WSRA Board from 2014 – 2018, two years as Vice President. She also serves on the E-Stewards Leadership Council. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
