Jacquie Patterson

Jacquie Patterson is the Senior Manager of Package Engineering at Hasbro. In her current role, she leads a team of 15 creative Packaging Engineers to deliver best-in-class packaging for every audience, from avid collector to young children.

Ms. Patterson oversees Package Engineering for Hasbro’s wide portfolio of toys and games, frequently immersing herself in brands like My Little Pony, Transformers, and Play-Doh. She is also responsible for collaborating on high level initiatives including sustainability in packaging, and packaging for e-Commerce.

She has been instrumental in leading Hasbro’s e-Commerce packaging initiative since its inception close to 8 years ago; allowing the consumer to save time and get to the fun faster, while also knowing that the packaging is making a difference for the environment. Ms. Patterson has also driven implementation of bio-based PET plastic in packaging, the latest step in Hasbro’s sustainable packaging journey.

Ms. Patterson has been with Hasbro for 13 years and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children – especially outdoors.
