Chelsey manages corporate social responsibility and sustainability for fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. In her role, she is responsible for sustainability strategy and cross-functional goal-setting, including identifying new opportunities that will resonate with customers and employees who are increasingly interested in social and environmental responsibility. Since joining Nordstrom in 2017, Chelsey launched the company’s clothing take-back program, developed its Human Rights Commitment and has written two CSR reports. She is currently leading a materiality assessment process for the company. Prior to Nordstrom, she worked on sustainability strategy, crisis communications and reputation management for several major retailers. Chelsey holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
