SPC March Open Forum: Navigating FDA Regulations for Food Grade Packaging
Simply understanding Federal Drug Administration (FDA) rules and regulations as they apply to packaging can be challenging,
but navigating the new material use approval process may be daunting and both time consuming and resource intensive. This
month’s Open Forum presentation features an expert in food and drug law who has worked with numerous companies to sort out
the process, and help them successfully introduce post consumer recycled content, bio-based materials, new additives and other
material innovations into their packages.
