Purchase PoliciesThe following policies apply if you purchase resources or event registrations via the SPC website.
All resources purchased will be provided as PDF (Portable Document Format) downloads. Once you submit your payment information, you will receive an email confirming your transaction and a link to download the purchased resources. If you have any problems with the download link or do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us (contact information above).
No returns or refunds are allowed.
Event Cancellation Policy
If you register for a SPC event and cancel less than 72 hours in advance of the event, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
